Good value accommodation in a great location near high street public area. Market and pharmacy nearby Kitchen was adequate though instructions for stove operation would have been helpful, possibly a rice cooker oiler among the kitchen supplies.

POC was difficult to contact. The front door lock took us 10 minutes to enter property. AC was not working properly. It was warm. This is our second time to stay in this property. We will opt for another property next year.

Stayed for 1 night! Room was very spacious with a kitchen. Bathroom was clean and provided the essentials. The only thing was I tried using the phone and contacting the main desk to help with bringing down luggage but the phone didn’t seem to work. I had to go down and grab help to bring my luggage down. The stay was in a convenient area and was walkable to the shopping districts of BGC.

Perfect spot to enjoy city vibes

Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back.
