Feeling at home away from home!

I like the place, like I am in my own home, withe basic things I need: bed to sleep, bathroom to clean myself, the comfort of the air-conditioned room, living room to entertain friends and relatives while staying here, and the kitchen (with small refrigerator, water heater, oven toaster) to enjoy the food I bought and later warmed. I just wish there's a microwave too. But overall, it was convenient for me to have a place to stay like my own home, where I can relax after a day's work., at a reasonable price. Hoping you will maintain this kind of pricing that we will continue to come back here instead of hotels or inns. Thank you!

Very disappointed & depressing room. No elevator .

Not good very dissapointed, ref. not cold enough ,filthy Curtain & dusty walls disgusting floor full of black spots Neighbor noisy in the morning unfriendly front desk man depressing room. Toilet tank water doesn’t plush good.

worse place to stay

Bad service no body clean the room for 5 days of my stay. Front desk told me no housekeeping also during weekends no soap no clean towels and the sink in the bathroom is broken also the shower I already reported to the front desk but they didn’t do any action about the complain it’s worse service.

Though I had a kitchenette

I booked Zen rooms for its apartment style you know kitchen, living and bedroom! But was disappointed because I'm a vegetarian so the necessity to cook is great and they only offered in the kitchen dishes, a little oven and a hot water pot! No pots or pans and not even a cooktop!!! I had to buy all that just to leave it really disappointed!!!!! How are you going to have dishes with no way to cook. Also it was old and in need of updating but livable won't book there again

Large room and plenty of furniture.

Large room with separate bedroom. Has good WiFi, only TV plus, hot shower, if you turn on heater switch. Plenty of furniture and with fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. A bit old but almost art deco style. Within walking distance to MRT station Gilmore and shops. Nice upmarket area but no nightlife.
