Nice at first but soon found a lot of issues. I had to search for the wifi password. There were two pots to cook with and no frying pan. Both burners were destoyed and faulty. Hood vent didnt work at all. Several roaches in kitchen and bath. Luckily there was a lizard in the room eating the roaches. Took literally 30 hours to get a text reply...we had to go knock on the door we assumed was the condo owners and even then their instructions were unclear and countered what they eventually replied with in the text. I just ignored the text as we had left a day before they sent it. Overall it was nice at the start but unhappy with the room. Its a condo but seemed like nobody lived there...using the bare minimum for everything. Oh and one of the towels they provided was a childs blanket.

This is the worst place i have ever stayed in. The first unit was so dirty with no hot water. Moved us to another unit that is as filthy as the first with so many small cockroach unbelievable. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site. It was a nightmare. I took pictures. Even the inside of the refrigerator was infested with cockroaches.

Not good customer service.

The caretaker was charging us an additional fee due to an increase of hotel fee. But my wife refuse to pay any additional amount because the room was already prepaid and reservation was made months ahead. The shower was not working. They also tried to charge us with an additional maintenance fee for the room that we also refuse to pay because we are not the owner of the room and it was not our responsibility. My advice to future tenant is not to give in to their demand as they will try to rip you off. Poor communication.

Never consider it hotel.

It was so terrible experiwnce. Dirty room, bed and pillows were very smelly like floor mat. And the most surprise was there was no glass on the window in the room to the terrace side. I was terribly feeling insecured over the night, someone may come in through the terrace window. No need to mention about amenities cause there was notibg. No soap, toothpastes, toothbrush, even no toilet paper. HOTELS.COM should be more responsible for this kind of ungraded lots. I didnt want the room sharing service, yet normal hotel. There is no receiption deak, so you should call the house owner and should follow for their guidance after long waiting.
There was no glass on the window.

Not recommended! Not even as a last resort.

We normally rent from another owner in the SEA Residences Condos. We chose this one only because the other place could not fit us in at the start of our travels. Needles to say, we will plan farther ahead the next time. Jericho's Place was filthy! We were worried about sleeping on the sheets that had obvious stains on them. There were no toiletries provided. And the towels were like worn out rags. It was apparent that the unit had recently been painted, but with only one coat of paint. The old paint was showing through the new. There was no clothes washer. The air conditioner leaked constantly. We had to put a basin under it to keep the bedroom floor from flooding. I would never recommend this condo or the management group to anyone.

The unit is okay and clean, amenities complete with bath towels and kettle for heating water, water heater in the toilet and wifi speed passable. No toiletries (bring your own - there’s a 24 hours convenience store downstairs so it’s okay) What I didin’t like about it is that the linens (bedsheets and pillow covers and blankets) appears to be not washed. It smells bad (old perspiration smell) and musty like it hasn’t been washed for sometime. It’s a big turn off for me 😡 My wife appreciates that there were no cockroaches 👍 Over-all it’s a 3/5

The bed and pillows were old, stained and dirty. The room smelled bad. lots of cockroaches and the bathroom was not clean. The sofa bed was dirty and the white colored was not white. There was no phone in the room to call for assistance.

As soon as we get to the property it smells like cigarette smoke. Good thing my asthma didn’t attack but my cousin got a cough and sore throat due to the whole unit smells cigarette smoke. Although we open all windows and doors to circulate the air still the cigarette smoke was sooo strong. AC UNIT dont work too. It’s a studio size unit and AC UNIT dont work so ridiculous. Hot water machine dont work too.

This is the worst place we stayed in our 30 years of travel experience. Cockroaches everywhere. Toiletries not provided. Furnitures not in good shape. Not recommended at all. Needs to overhaul.

I found the building staff to be helpful and professional . pro's Great location near to all casinos and MOA mall. and supermarkets . 24/7 food stores located on grounds. Owner never bothers you. Con's the furniture is old worn and dirty. All the kitchenware is unusable, Microwave , Electric Kettle old and dirty. The bathroom washing machine flooded as it cannot drain. The shower walls are full of mildew. There is no cleaning service and limited towels and bedding . If your going to rent to foreigners
