The room was clean although a little bit older (that’s why 4 star) but the location is great, the host is accommodating and professional. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quick get away and enjoy Venice near BGC

We had a great stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was very convenient, with malls, restaurants, and other places to eat and shop just a short distance away. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

The property is clean and in a very good location! The only downside is the construction in the middle of the night, and it's disturbing. But all in all the place is recommended and the hosts are great!

This was a really nice building and the room was good. There’s a ton of amenities but our key card didn’t work so we had to ask someone to let us in any time we wanted to use pool or gym. Everyone was friendly and it’s in a safe area.

Jennifer was an outstanding host , quick to respond and even helped track down an item I'd left behind in the closet. The condo itself was spotless, the beddings and bed is so comfortable and smells fresh.. I loved the stunning view of Venice canal that made the stay even better. It has a quick access to the Venice Mall. Check-in was seamless, and Jobert was wonderfully patient throughout the process. He was nice enough to return an item I forgot in the closet. Highly recommend this place.

The host is so greatful and helpful. Never complain even we are late check in and early check out. Thanks to Jopert and I really recommend the place.. my concern is to provide face towel ☺️ we will come back soon.

Best part is property location. We had an event to attend at nearby Enderun Event spaces and it’s about a 5 min walking distance to the place. It’s also connected to Venice Mall in McKinley so many shop and eating options. It’s a condo studio space rented as short term rental. It’s clean enough with balcony view overlooking Venice Canal mall area. Amenities were basic. Furniture was basic as well. Not really luxe. Property mgmt were nice enough and communicate through WhatsApp or Viber if you need more direct comm.

Facilities are worn down in need of renovation, drywall paint peeling, parking levels dark, unit in need of renovation and or a good refresh. Location of tower out of the way of shops, restaurants , main entry is backside of property. Not easy to access other sections of main dining ateas. Price may have been reasonable, like they say, youmpay for what you get. Imo, pov, i wouldnt stay there again.

Great place to stay and I will probably do that. I arrived by Grab cab to the residence. There is a 24 hour security man at the door. I arrived at around 10pm on a Sunday night. Security guard has no clue about Expedia or rentals but luckily the condo manager Jobert had come by and got me checked in and squared away. Great guy to deal with also. Room was cleaned everyday. Great view of the Venice Canal Mall. Great place to stay and be comfortable. Building has 3 elevators too...entrance into the mall is very near. The residence entrance on the street is entirely covered like a tunnel so you won't get wet.. I will be back. Thanks Jobert.

My whole experience was great! Check in was quick the host was responsive to my every needs. Room was clean and made up during my stay. Location is great, a lot of shopping and restaurants in the general area. I will certainly book again in the near future!
