Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service

Look somewhere else if you have budget

Check-in took too long as the staff appears inexperienced unable to find reservation details then waiting of room allocation took 30 mins. Then when we got to the room the shower or water pressure is so weak that it only bribbles. J called the reception about it but was not concerned as it somewhat normal in this hotel to have a low water pressure.
