  • A spacious, quiet, two-bedroom ground floor apartment with spectacular views of a vineyard and partial sea views, along with a private outdoor patio with a barbecue.

    It is well located within walking distance from the beach and a shopping center with two supermarkets, a gym, and restaurants. The port of La Duquesa and the town of Sabinillas are a 10-minute walk away.

    The apartment is brand new and fully equipped in this dream setting on the Costa del Sol between Estepona and Sotogrande.

    Private, gated community with communal pool and gardens.

    A 5-minute walk away: A shopping center with supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, a real estate our agency, a private medical center, and a hair salon.

    An 8-minute walk away is a bridge with access to Duquesa Castle and Duquesa Harbour, with their respective beaches.
