Harbor Village Update: The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area are open and included with your stay. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Importantly, there can be no alcohol or food at the pool facilities.

Welcome to our spacious two-level waterfront condo, idyllically situated in the Harbor Village condo community by beautiful Lake Michigan and Man Made Lake.

This scenic lakeside condo can accommodate up to 6 guests for a memorable stay in a great location. After you first pull into our convenient two-car garage, you’ll discover warm, charming living spaces with breathtaking lake views. Kick off your vacation by choosing your bedroom. Guests have a choice between the primary suite, guest bedroom, and bunk room, all on the upper level.

The soothing, airy primary suite is a beautiful room for savoring incredible lake views from the wide windows. Find a deluxe king bed, and private balcony access. Best of all, the primary bedroom offers a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom, complete with beautiful double-vanity sinks and a designer walk-in glass shower.

The comfy guest bedroom comes with a queen bed and cozy reading nook for unwinding after beach fun. And the bunk room is great for young ones, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and soft carpeting. These two bedrooms have access to a half-bath and a full guest bathroom with a soaker tub and double vanity.

Once you’re unpacked and settled in, it’s time to check out the charming living spaces! The sunny living room with wide windows is the perfect spot to connect with each other from the coziest couches and recliners. In the evenings, enjoy your favorite show from the large smart TV.

When you get hungry, you’ll be happy to discover a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need for daily meal prep. Guests have full use of the dishwasher, Keurig, and cooking utensils. Toss a load of laundry into the in-unit washer/dryer before starting meal prep from the spacious countertops. When you’re ready to feast, gather around the four-person dining table or breakfast bar to enjoy your meal and great conversation.

Our modern condo offers all the comforts of home, like WiFi, linens, and towels, plus a little extra. And by a little extra, we’re talking about our incredible outdoor amenities and condo community features! Enjoy your own private outdoor deck with a charcoal grill and patio furniture for basking in the sun.

Guests will also have unbridled access to Harbor Village amenities. Take a swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, unwind in the hot tub, or get in a great workout at the fitness center. Check in after 4:00PM. Check out before 10:00AM.

ARRIVAL: Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date. These include the exact property location, parking, and entry info. Guests will enjoy their own private, secure entrance. Rental is not shared with other guests.

DEPARTURE: We provide a short, easy-to-follow departure checklist. Tasks include tidying up, returning furniture to its original location, locking doors and turning off lights, and resetting the thermostat. It helps our staff immensely!

Rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced, especially occupancy limits and age requirements. NO smoking allowed. NO parties allowed.
In the case of fines or eviction, we do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early arrivals, or early departures.
