The cottage house had everything we needed, and of course, you cannot beat the view from the back deck! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. One note: If you are mobility impaired, the bathroom shower is a bit small.

We had a wonderful stay in Manistique! The rental was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was peaceful and made for a perfect getaway. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

Just came back from a nice stay here. Beautiful location… lovely deck. My daughter and I grilled, hung out in the yard ( with frequent visits from Wags next door), and enjoyed the views. Very quiet neighborhood!

Clean and Cozy Cabin

This was a wonderfully clean and cozy cabin right on Indian Lake. We enjoyed Waggs (the neighbor's dog) greeting us upon arrival and before we left for each day's adventure. The close proximity to Kitch-iti-kipi, downtown Manistique, Munising, and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore was awesome. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Place

Property was everything we expected! It was clean and offered a beautiful view of Indian Lake. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our anniversary!

On Indian Lake

The lake location was great for sunsets. Too rainy for water activities or campfire. We explored many of the nearby State Parks as well as the Garden Peninsula.

Weekend getaway

Nice stay at the cabin. The location is very nice and the outdoor space more than met our needs. The bedrooms and bathroom are a bit cozy, but they worked just fine. We had hoped to get our canoe out on the lake but the weather had other plans.

Beautiful location on the water. Great location to all attractions within 45 minutes. We had plenty of room for our family of four. Very clean. DVDs and Record/CDs were awesome. Really enjoyed our stay here.

2 day chill out stay

We have been traveling around the whole Michigan circle tour stopping at several small towns a day. This cabin was a perfect place to unwind and relax for a couple days. It was just what were needed. Very peaceful.

Mother’s Day weekend

It was the perfect little house for my group and my 92 year old mother really appreciated it. Beautiful view of The lake and easy to find except your GPS is going to tell you it’s on the left and it’s actually on the right.

Charming cabin on the water, great view of lake and deck

We really enjoyed our stay, 2 couples, grilled and ate on the back deck, made a fire- they had 4 marshmallow roasting sticks ready for us what a nice touch. Could get a little hot in the bedrooms but fine if you turn the ceiling fans on the highest level I’m a hot sleeper. Friendly pup Wagz visited us. So much charm would definitely recommend

Very relaxing

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. I loved the different “levels” you could sit at outside - the deck and down a few steps to the yard and fire pit and down a staircase to the water. We did have a visitor multiple times a day. It was Waggs, the very well behaved Bernese mountain dog from next dog. He made having to leave my dog home so much easier.
