"Home was beautifully appointed! We used the kayaks to go to the little peninsula across from home and also swam over to it. Green Turtles at dock to greet us in the morning. Definately needed the golf cart they had Available for rent to get to little grocery store and a resort that had a pool for kids for something different. Had a boat and captain pick us up at the dock for a tour that included snorkeling at a reef, feeding sea turtles and sting rays. Great commication with house manager who was always available to pick us up in his taxi for rides to and from airport and to ferry to take us to Green Turtle Cay for the day. Also hired a private chef to make some dinners and breakfasts that were all amazing! Kids favorite vacation!"

"Terrific Villa. Everything worked as advertised. We really liked that the patio has a nice new dining table with umbrella and has some nice vegetation and shrubbery that provides a lot more privacy that many of the villas. The beach here is unbeatable. Many days there were less than 50 people on the 3 miles stretch of paradise. The sand is like sugar. Brian is a great host and very responsive to questions. He also provided a lot of info on the area before the trip. 5 STARS! "

"March 11-16, 2026. Absolutely a rental you won’t want to miss. As you approach the property and as you walk in you can tell the owners have spent lots of time thinking of everything. The house and the property are truly amazing. Very will equipped. We had everything we needed the whole time there. There was nothing but groceries needed to cook meals. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I will return again as well. Even my kids and their significant others are planning a trip to experience this property. The neighbors are friendly. So many turtles. Shells daily along the beaches. Although many in the guest book had mentioned seeing rays we never spotted any. The cabana by the beach was a nice place to hangout during the day for relief from the sun while laying in the hammock and feeling the breezes. "Perfect accommodations! Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Nice complex with a pool and close proximity to the beautiful beach. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals if you want to. Ryan was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Highly recommend! "

"The place was well appointed & very comfy. We cooked breakfast & dinner every day in the kitchen. Although it was quite windy & rough, we rented kayaks & explored the beaches, getting great rides on the waves on our downwind legs. Maria is a very responsive host. The house was clean as a whistle thanks to Linda. Lovely, welcoming community with an amazing heated, well-kept pool. Will definitely be back. Treasure Cay is the prettiest beach ever. "
