This charming space features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a cozy living room with a full sized futon and pull out twin ottoman. Portable crib, baby bath, and changing pad available upon request. The full bathroom has a shower. Enjoy the cool AC, heating, washing machine / dryer, WiFi, hair dryer, fire TV, and steam iron during your stay. You also have use of the outdoor seating, table and 15' umbrella. Walking distance from the iconic Swan Pond and Snow Top ice cream and much more. We loved the apartment. It was perfectly located to visit the many local waterfalls. It was also very close to restaurants and businesses, which was very convenient, and the beautiful pond with swans in front of the property was an added bonus. We will definitely come back for another visit and stay.

Great location and space for family

We stayed at Swan Suites while visiting family in Fayetteville. It's a great location across from the swan pond and we enjoyed having room to spread out. Everything we needed was there, and our host was very responsive.
