Charming attic apartment with rooftop terrace and private garden, set in peaceful Normandy countryside just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Alabaster Coast. Located on the first floor of a small villa, with the ground floor rarely occupied, it’s perfect for a relaxing stay. Nearby: the sandy beach and picturesque half-timbered houses of Veules-les-Roses, a swimming lake with watersports in Cany-Barville, the Palais Bénédictine in Fécamp, the seaside towns of Yport and Étretat with their iconic cliffs, and the stunning Somme Bay. Don’t miss the Sunday market in Luneray. A security deposit of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Mooie, rustige locatie. Mooi appartement. Goede voorzieningen. Bedden liggen niet echt comfortabel. Kontakt met de sleutelbeheerster kan alleen in het Frans. Eigenaren spreken wel engels.
