The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was large enough for the two of us. The outdoor wood deck with gas grill and dining table were a nice bonus adding to our fun weekend. The hosts were very kind, gracious and amenable. Being a race car fan the location to the race track was perfect.

This was the third time my partner and I have stayed here and the visit was wonderful once again. With such welcoming hosts, a beautiful apartment, and surrounding lovely scenery, it is starting to feel like our home away from home when visiting the racetrack.

This property is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for something set in the country and close enough to various local attractions. Donna and Art are wonderful hosts. The resident peacock is a wonderful bonus! We have stayed here several times and plan to stay here hopefully many more times in the future.

This is our second stay here and we will definitely come again! Just a half hour from my sister's house, it's great to have an alternative when the whole family is visiting (and her guest room is overflowing) as they were for my niece's graduation party this past weekend. Clean and comfortable with amiable hosts (and fresh-baked cinnamon rolls this time!), this is a place we will gladly stay again. We enjoyed our stay and even got to see the peacock this time. We definitely recommend!

Rented this studio to get away for the weekend and relax. The reservoir was perfect for kayaking and there are great hiking trails close by. Donna and Art are very welcoming and accommodating and the studio was perfect for me! Thanks for allowing me to stay, hope to make it back again soon!

Donna and Art are cordial and most hospitable and their suite is more than comfortable. The neighborhood Peacock, Pinkey, is quite extraordinary and beautiful. Their location is perfect for access to the racetrack and Lexington for shopping etc.

Perfect for the wife and I to get an evening away. Hosts were wonderful, gave us a tour of the entire property. Very friendly people. House was immaculate, clean, well furnished and most of all quiet. Very secure and secluded on the property. Got the best night of sleep we've had in years. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet clean and comfortable place to stay.

Super place to stay when attending events at Mid Ohio. So relaxing after a day at the track. Driveway is perfect for low clearance cars if you’re driving one to the track for the weekend! So much better than a hotel with your neighbors up all night partying! No worries of damage to your car either as parking is very open (no door dings here or instagram photo shoots on your car without your knowledge.)

This was our second time staying and it did not disappoint. We left again wishing we had more time to enjoy the beautiful yard and the private deck. Having a full kitchen to come home to after a full day out is great. There is even small appliances if we needed. Great communication and just a text away if you have questions including recommendations in the area. We will be back again!

We rented this for the weekend to attend the Moto America races die to it's close proximity to the track. The location was perfect - less than 5 minutes from the entrance. and there is a huge reservoir and park less than a mile away. . Our hosts were there to greet us when we arrived. They were very nice and checked to see if we needed anything anytime they saw us. It's spacious, clean, and well maintained. We plan on going back again soon.
