「We had a family vacation for 10 people. The entire process was easy. From booking, checking in, logging on to the WiFi, using each of the rooms, bathrooms, and outside space - all intuitive, simple, and it felt like we were at home. The one item I would say to be mindful of; there are 4 bedrooms; 1 on floor one, and 3 on floor two, and the 3rd floor has an open-floor concept with a separate access door and has 5 beds, one of which is a bunkbed. He was incredibly accommodating with our unexpected travel changes and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in for our varying arrival times. 「Great place to stay. Very roomy and very clean. Great communication by the host. Parking spot on the side was fabulous and surrounded by beautiful flowers and a koi pond. The master bedroom had noise from the street. This was disclosed in the listing so I took ear plugs and there was no issue. The place had everything we needed. Went into Boston a few days. The trip in was congested but the drive back was quick. 」

「The property was very clean. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Plenty of room, nicely stocked kitchen, and ample towels. We ubered to the red line daily to ride the subway into town, very easy to navigate and saved us money not having to rent a vehicle. Plenty of Ubers in the area, never had to wait more than a few minutes to be picked up. This is a wonderful option instead of paying the high hotel rates in Boston. 「We spent seven nights in this property while we toured the Boston area. Easy access to the train station, and the bus goes right by the location. Very clean and spacey. It allowed for privacy as well as room for get-togethers. Highly recommend this location for four more people.」

「It was a beautiful house, very clean and spacious. We had 8 adults for the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It worked for us to put family members together and there was enough beds for everyone. I had missed the fine print saying there is a 25 additional fee for those staying after 5 people. So be aware of that. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again. 」

「I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed....

「It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. 」

「Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again.」

「This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.」

「We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.」

「The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .」
