We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing property, our last hurrah of the summer! We went with family family friends, and the accommodations were perfect. The highlights were the house itself (unique layout, very comfortable, cool spiral staircases!), the huge deck with gorgeous views of the lake, and the waterfront location. We loved being able to step out of the house and hop right in the water. Seamless check in/check out process. Zero complaints! 10/10, highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Very Relaxing

The views and sites we had from the home itself were more amazing than the photos. Great clear skies, great views for the sunrise and sunset. We brought our dogs and kids, everyone had a very relaxing time outside in the lake, hot tub and just playing games in the kitchen or lounging inside. We were a bit off season, so there were no crowds anywhere yet we were able to have a good time walking around downtime, and morning runs around the riverwalk. House had so many towels and blankets, it was a bit windy, but so many blankets! Even some for the pets to use. Amenities in kitchen seemed to cover everything we needed, and bathroom as well. We really did not need to bring much with us, just food to eat, the basics and ourselves. Hot tub was warm and ready to go.

View from almost every room!

Right on the lake! We had an amazing stay. Very well taken care of and attention to every detail. I’ve stayed at a lot of Rental properties and this is one of my top choices. I will definitely be back.

Chelan Family Vacay 2024

It is always tricky navigating the forest fires, but the weather was stunning and the lake perfection. This house is a great location and really enabled our family to maximize lake time and activities.

perfect spot

beautiful view from all three levels, kids could jump in from the docs, sunbath from the lower level and we could jump on the boat anytime we felt like. Downstairs was perfect space for kids to hang out and have space of their own with small kitchen convienent for drinks and snack food.

Beautiful Lake Property

We loved this property! Had four teens with us and it was perfect. First time in Chelan and we had a great time. It was so hot while we were there but with the lake right out the back doors and the ac working nicely it was very comfortable. The only thing that would be difficult to deal with if elderly or young children were in your party is the 3 sets of spiral stairs. They were very doable for our group. Two docks and stairs into the water made lake entry easy (if a bit bumpy from boat activity close to shore in the afternoons). Loved the architecture of this house and the back decks were perfect for watching the sun go down at night.

Fishing Shenanigans

Group of family and friends go up to Chelan every year to do some fishing and relaxing. This property is excellent especially for the summer when it’s warm for swimming.

Beautiful and unique home

This is a really unique home with nice touches. The beds were comfy and the wifi was really good, which was important because we were working remotely. There’s lots of space so we were able to stretch out. The views are amazing as well. We visited in winter so we did not get to make use of the abundant outdoor space beyond the hot tub. The spiral staircase in the middle of the house was cool, but would have been challenging if there was a large suitcase. Overall a great place and I would love to stay here again.

Paradise on Lake Chelan

Beautiful house and expansive view of Lake Chelan! Ideal location that is close to Manson and the town of Chelan. This place is an incredible find and it is awesome being right on the water. We went with family to celebrate college graduation/birthdays and a wedding anniversary! It was a great and memorable place to celebrate. The furnishings are comfy and the king size beds are a plus. It was trully a magical trip. We will be back!

Great lake front property

We've been coming Lake Chelan every year in August for the past 4 years and had another great trip. The house is really well done and the location between Chelan and Manson is perfect. The access to the water is some the best we've had and the hot tub near the lake is great for the kids to jump in the lake then hustle in to the tub to warm up. The views of the water from the deck made it easy to be outside, while still in the shade, and watch the kids swim and play in the water. Like every VRBO we've rented the kitchen knives need to be sharpened (we now just bring our own) and being right on the highway made it slightly loud at night so we didn't open the windows to cool down the house at night. Overall it was a great stay in a really cool house!

Great house on the lake

We were excited for this vacation with family and friends. We had two families, 8 guests total, and the house suited us well with tons of space for adults upstairs and plenty of room for the kids downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside areas and were able to relax and take advantage of everything. Upper deck was great to have coffee and mimosas and the lower deck was great to watch the kids splash around in the lake and later catch the sunset. The house was well cleaned and stocked. Hosts had great communication throughout and provided some really good restaurant and winery recommendations in their welcome packet. We would love to come back and highly recommend this home.

Amazing Rental/Highly Recommend!!

My four children and husband spent five glorious nights here in mid June. It was absolutely fantastic. The views from the house/deck are one of a kind, including the sunsets and we were lucky enough to catch a lightening storm. There are two neighbors but we only saw a few people all week playing on the dock next door. The docks were perfect for the kids to jump off and play on the lily pad, paddleboard, etc. It is very quiet, slept well and the beds are very comfortable. House has pretty much anything you may need. (no life jackets however.) We actually had professional family portraits done right there at the house and they turned out beautiful! (I wish I could post a pic!). Can't wait to put them on our Christmas Cards this year. I cannot recommend this place more!

Amazing Lake GETAWAY!

Beautiful house, private lake access, accessible stairs to enter lake, and the most amazing views. Making memories with friends never gets old. This place doesn’t disappoint! Property managers are responsive and a great help with anything and everything. Do not miss a chance to stay here!

Unbeatable views!

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and extended our stay by a day because we loved it! Owners are very responsive and great to work with. The Lake Chelan area is really neat, and the views of the Caribbean like blue green water and mountains from this house are just gorgeous! We hung out on the upper deck a lot and enjoyed the sound of the water, and the passing boaters and jet skiers. Immaculately maintained. Had everything we needed in terms of dishes, pillows, throws etc. Proximity to the town of Chelan was fantastic...just 10 mins away. No house is perfect for every family, so I also like to share some details we didn't enjoy so that it may help others decide if it is right for them. The stairs are a doozy, taking luggage up and down them is tough; location of the house doesn't allow for fencing in the front or back however, I do wish that both openings of the upper deck were enclosed with gates as they are too open to the driveway and would make it a lot more comfortable for people with young kids or those with special needs and even give that sense of comfort a boundary brings; two neighbors are close, one almost adjoining this house to its left - we were lucky they weren't around, but you are aware of them especially on the lower deck or through some windows; few of the photos were taken with a fish eye lens so expect a compact version of some spaces like lower deck and living room. Overall, fantastic and we loved it!

If you're looking for a stunning lakefront property in Lake Chelan, look no further than Rocky Point Lodge! My family and I recently stayed here for a week and we were blown away by the beauty and serenity of this place. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a spacious and well-appointed house that has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are breathtaking, and we spent hours lounging on the deck, soaking in the sun and taking in the scenery. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, you won't be disappointed at Rocky Point Lodge! The beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on, and we woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated every morning. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even provided us with a list of recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Rocky Point Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Lake Chelan. We can't wait to come back!
