Great location, spacious place

The location is great, especially with kids. Easy walk to lots of stuff, playground, pools, beach, and more. The place is reasonably nice. Feels a bit dated but not *old* The apartment was not totally clean when we arrived, but I imagine that is an anomaly. Some cleaning equipment was left in the kitchen. If you are going to cook, know that while the kitchen is adequately stocked with equipment, there is no food at all, not every salt/pepper. Overall good stay and we would return

We have been staying at Wapato Point for 15 years. The Tennis units are okay. They haven’t been updated and this particular unit has stains on the carpet and original everything. It was clean upon arrival. The kitchen items were lacking. No pizza cutter, one baking pan and no scissors. Bring counter cleaner and hand soaps. We liked that there was only a 3 night minimum verse the weekly rental throughout the rest of the resort. The property managers would not grant us an early check in or give us our parking passes early - even though they were in the unit and had face to face contact with an employee. Overall, we had a great time at Wapato Point but won’t be staying in the Tennis building again.
