We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. Dining table and counters not wiped down. Fridge was not clean with broken unusable shelves.There was hair everywhere! On the...

"Excellent location near the train station 10 minute walk. Centrally located in Treviso. The apartment is very modern and renovated. Very clean! The 2bedroom apartment plus a sofa bed in the bathroom was perfect for us. We also had 1 full bath (shower and toilet) and then a half-bath (toilet/sink). The kitchen was great. Also came with washing/drying 2 in 1 machine. It came with large fridge. It was a fantastic stay and very glad we chose to stay here. "

"Lucy's house is located in a great place. It is peaceful area, with only one neighbouring house. There is wonderful view over the valley with vineyards. We spent most of the time in the garden. "Non conoscevo il paese di Mura di Valmarino ed avevo scelto questo alloggio per passare qualche giorno con mia madre, i miei fratelli e le mie nipoti.Ho scoperto questo piccolo borgo con molto fascino, non caotico o commerciale.L’appartamento è tutto in legno, pulitissimo, nuovo e arredato con gusto , tutto perfetto Ci ha accolto il proprietario Antonello cortese e disponibile. "A great little place to stay for excursions in the Prosecco region, or to the Dolomites. The host, Gabriele, is friendliness pur and very serviceminded, his description of small and longer trips in the region were very helpful. This is a stay we recommend."

"We had a great stay with 2 families in Codognè in the Villa Ariella. The house is furnished in a rustic style, nothing was missing. The large pool and garden with lots of shady spots were used particularly intensively. The hosts were very friendly and always had tips for excursions or restaurants."

"It was a very nice hotel , with convenience to the airport in the morning . There are not a lot of restaurant options , if you do not eat at the hotel . You will have to drive to go elsewhere . Otherwise , it is really lovely ."

"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."

"The breakfast was ample and amazing. Service with all professionals was great. One younger person was rude and short on room phone when I asked one question about operating air conditioning, but I just went silent after the curt answer so it wouldn't matter who hung up on who. The world today. Anyway, setting up shuttles and other communication through Hotels.com was easy and prompt. Clear communication. Italy countryside was relaxing after vigorous vacay."
