Beautiful landscaping, quiet atmosphere, and remarkable wide-open views of Croatan Sound. Westside Inn provides the perfect intimate waterfront setting for your wedding or other special event, with its picturesque wooded setting on Roanoke Island, in the heart of North Carolina's Outer Banks. The property has spacious lawns, a small private beach, multiple gardens, and the most amazing sunsets! The owners have enjoyed this property with their family throughout the years and recently decided to open it up for others to experience the beauty and tranquility of this area. The spacious and pet-friendly home has large open living areas, a sunroom, 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths, bordering the Sound about 80% the length of a football field.

Featuring 3 split levels, the home offers easy separation of activities and privacy. Guests will find the great second level living area with classical style furniture and decor, as well as the kitchen and dining area. Brew your morning coffee and enjoy it from the enclosed sunroom overlooking the water, or maybe while taking in the island forested views. The first level living space offers a private escape from Westside Inn's more populated areas. It is a great spot to watch your favorite TV show, play games, or just grab a book and enjoy the peacefulness outside the window overlooking the Sound; or just sit back and relax. This TV room is often referred to as the groom's hangout space for weddings. There are two bedrooms at the end of the hall that share a bath, one King bedroom and another that has two twin beds. Both provide linens and comfortable furnishings.

The third level is where you'll find the King En Suite bedroom with private bath that opens onto a large deck where guests can enjoy the scenic sights and sounds of Westside's secluded setting on the sound side or access the special bride's dressing room on the opposite side. The other two bedrooms on this level are both Queen bedrooms, offering comfy accommodations that share a full bath, plus a sound view for one. Linens and towel sets per bedroom are provided.

Ground visits may be scheduled upon request a minimum of 24 hours in advance and are subject to occupancy status
The home offers the rental and/or use of chairs, barrels, plus an on site arbor. Tenants may contact the Owner Representative at westsideinn.obx@gmail.com or through KEES for any use thereof.

Westside Inn is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
