“We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite parts was being able to walk to the park nearby, which was a huge hit with the kids. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from thoughtful touches like coffee and other essentials to checking in and making sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Would definitely stay here……

“Chris was very responsive and always had an open line of communication with us. The house was a little dated and creaky, but insanely charming and cozy! The only thing I will note (and may have missed in the listing) is the AC for the house is just two window units upstairs, but it still remained nice and cool throughout the house while we were there and did not cause us any issues!”

“Check in was easy. We parked a car in the very clean garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barb got back to us quickly with a question. The area is quiet and private with places to sit outdoors. You could see a horse next door at its stable. The area is beautiful and close to Rochester with its many good restaurants. ”

“We loved our stay! Pictures of the house online dont do justice for how beautiful and big it is. It had everything we needed and more. We came to Rochester for a wedding and I had to make the wedding cake in the kitchen. I thought my kitchen at home was state of the art but this one takes the cake. ”

“Normally you expect a listing to be embellished to promote the property. This was not the case as the house was exactly as described and pictured.The host even provided small details that weren’t expected which were greatly appreciated. We had no problems and would definitely stay here again.”

“Clean, everything we needed to cook meals was available, comfy beds and loads of pillows. The communication between owner and self was 10, they are kind, flexible and thoughtful. Will def be staying here again when we return.”
