Translating to "The Good Life" in Portuguese, Vivenda Vida Boa was fully remodeled in 2021. Every inch has been thoughtfully restored to provide an experience of upscale casual elegance. This reverse floor plan has 2 bedrooms downstairs and a primary suite on the second story.
The upper level boasts vaulted ceilings, tons of windows, and an open floor plan. Down the hall is the third bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a surprisingly large closet with a dresser for storing your things. Both beds have allergen-free plush linens and pillows. A fully remodeled bathroom and fully functioning laundry room are also found on this main level. For maximum convenience, access the outdoor shower just outside the laundry room door on the deck.
The backyard boasts a large platform deck with a sunken 4 person hot tub. Prepare your s'more ingredients and enjoy the backyard's Solo Fire Pit and seating options. The yard is an excellent place to barbecue on the Weber gas grill and enjoy some time around the fire pit with family and friends.
