"The room was amazing with a beautiful ocean view right below us. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. However, the fine dining (NT$1,600 per person) was a major disappointment — surprisingly poor quality compared to other Volando locations. The facilities also feel outdated, and there isn’t much to do outside the room. Overall, great view and service, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations."

"My partner and I received a very warm welcome from start to finish of our 3 day stay. The breakfasts were excellent being nutritional and tasty with a different option each day. Nothing was too much for the owners and we were upgraded to the larger room on arrival. The property is about 15 minutes from Kenting and is exceptionally quiet. The decor is funky,modern in good order and not corporate. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. "
