“First, this is a Red Carpet Inn, not a Motel 6, which caused us to drive around a bit before we went inside and asked. Luckily, they had our booking. There are people residing at this motel but they were very quiet and kept to themselves. The location was perfect for us. You can tell they are trying to keep the place nice but up close, there’s peeling paint and some things are old. Nonetheless, the room was spotless with a nice, comfortable bed. We brought our own pillows, thankfully. There were……

“Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested……

“Property was clean and majority of staff helpful. Suite contains no microwave, one television for both sides of suite and “nightstand’ was a small portion of wood built into headboard which contained little space. Average stay however.”

“The room is big and clean, nice staff, the best part is the breakfast:however they don’t have kids cribs so they are not able to offer baby crib.”

“The lobby is beautiful and the employees were very nice but our room left something to be desired. It smelled stale because the air had obviously been turned off for some time and the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the wall. Ran out of toilet paper the first night because there was not a fresh roll in the bathroom on arrival and the tissue paper box had one tissue in it. A german cockroach was found alive in the bathroom as well. No room service upon return either. The beds had wrinkled……

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“My overall stay at the Hilton was great. I have no complaints comfy bed spacious room enough for me and my son clean peaceful environment definitely would stay again.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
