"I've been staying at this location twice yearly (for work) for several years without an issue, but the service and security I experienced this time made my stay far less safe. The upper latch on my room door was not aligned and did not work as intended. It appeared to be an easy fix. I called down to the front desk twice right after checking in with no answer, so I walked down (to an empty lobby) and there was one employee working. When I told him about the broken latch, he verified my room number out loud. I told him not to say it aloud and he seemed properly apologetic. Since he was alone, he couldn't fix it and offered"

"Floor in room needed mopped, evidence of past spills. The metal frame on metal pedestal bed was noisy getting in and out of bed and the motion sensor room light was annoying to say the least. Not amenable for travelers who get up in the night if traveling with others. Front desk staff was efficient. "
