“The property is fine. We have stayed at other units at Zermatt before, so it was very familiar. Having the two connected units for the extra beds was very helpful for us. What is the same: access to off-road trails, swimming pool, and nearby restaurants. We were able to park out truck and side by side trailer just outside the parking lot, which was very useful for us. It’s harder to find a place with a longer bathtub for an adult, but this place has one! What has changed: nearby restaurants……

“place was ok, little lack of cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not in very good usable conditions. No tissues in the place. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt.”

“Se me hizo muy pequeño el lugar donde me hospedé por la cantidad que pagué, en las fotos parecía un apartamento más grande, encima no está incluido el servicio de limpieza se me hace fatal con lo mucho que pagas, entiendo que estás al pie de la montaña pero me pareció que el precio no fue justo para lo que me ofrecieron. ”

“Booked for two days and was forced to check out at 10am the next day and recheck in later. Missed morning of skiing and family time to repack everything and had to store my luggage in the lobby and wait for recheck. Lost money time and host only promised compensation but no longer responded. Please save your time and money, go somewhere else and BEWARE of this host!”

“Awkward, tight layout. When table is open the fridge can only be opened part way. Have to stand on a padded footstool to reach pots or pans. Also very hard to reach glasses/dishes. Thermostat is next to only window so sleep temp is very hard to control as it's 67 even with the heat off. Bed is comfortable. Resort shuttle is very good and free. Ski valet is very good and boot locker room. No way could more than 2 people fit though. Only place to store suitcases was up high above the closets. ……

“Hello, we enjoyed our stay at the villa, thank you for the beautiful space. There were a few things I wanted to make you aware of. In Room 1083: the floor was not the cleanest, which is important to us since we have a 2 year old who spends so much time on the floor. The coffee maker had a coffee filter and coffee still in it, that was moldy and nasty. I think that coffee maker needs some attention. The key card provided didn't open the pool which was really frustrating. I didn’t see or come……
