Sandy Beach a Rarety for the Keys. Gorgeous open water sunset views await you at this fully furnished tropical waterfront vacation home. This campy beach home is located right on Vaca Cut and faces west, perfect for watching sunsets every night!Dockage is available for boats up to 25 ft. This home features a sandy beach backyard, kayaks, a gas grill, a private swimming pool, and room for one boat on this dock.
This choice location is centrally located in the heart of the Florida Keys in a family friendly community called Marathon. The location on 121st Street, Gulf side, just past Mile Marker 54.This property is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and complete with tile flooring throughout. Enjoy the exceptional views from the dining areas, or escape to the sandy beach through the master bedroom's patio doors.There are TV's in every room.Enjoy ground-floor access to this home. Living room, dining, and kitchen are all open concept. Split bedrooms, with two bedrooms on the right side of the living room, and the other two are on the left.Sunsets are free!Pool heat included.7-night minimum. Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. No exceptions. You must be 25 or older to rent. The Best Place
We have stayed several places in Marathon and this by far has been the best. The house was furnished with everything we needed. The Dock area was great for our 24 ft Bay Boat. The beach area and pool was great for after we got off he boat and for the ones that did not go. This will be the house of we want for each year we come down.

Property was not as pictured. Couch in photos was not the same so it cut on spaces to sit. With a house that sleeps that many there should at least have enogh seating. Pool was in very poor condition. Was never cleaned while we were there after multiple requests. Deck had holes all over and rot spots. The picnic table was covered in what looked like vomit when we arrived. Could tell house had been previously flooded and not repaired properly. Rotting wood up door trim. Closet doors missing in one room. You could probably put your hand thru the wall behind the couch, the dry wall was soft to the touch and was crumbling. The dock to the water was also falling apart. You could pick the boards up rt off the deck. The boards would shift after walking back and forth on it so the boards would slide rt out of place. A child could have fallen thru to the water below. Property should not have been rented in this condition. I tried fighting for money back and got a 200$ gift card and my cleaning fee back. If you are older or have small children pool is not going to be fun. There is no steps or ladder to get in. My 5 year old smashed her face off the side of the pool trying to stretch her legs across the gap between the deck and pool.
