Ideal for snorkeling, fishing, or dolphin encounters, the property boasts a shared 5-foot deep pool, a tiki hut equipped with a gas grill, and a boat dock overlooking the canal. After a day of adventure, relax in the comfortable living space with central A/C and Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and essentials for your culinary needs.



The Space:

The single-story unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, and a second bedroom with two queen beds. The living area and furnished patio is designed for relaxation, and the kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. There are 3 smart TVs with cable, WiFi, ceiling fans, and central A/C indoors. Linens and towels are provided, and you can launder as needed in the in-unit washer & dryer.

Enjoy the yard by taking a swim in the 5' deep pool, grilling in the cabana, or greeting the manatees, fish, and various sealife that travel through the canal!

Guest Access:

Guests have private entry to their unit via keyless access. Outdoor amenities, including the pool, tiki hut, and boat dock, are shared with the neighboring unit.

Access to this single-story unit requires 1 step. There are grab rails in the showers.

Note: This property may not be suitable for young children due to the unfenced pool area and on-site canal that flows into the ocean.

Pets are welcome (maximum 1 pet allowed) with a $298 pre-paid pet fee.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Marathon, within the picturesque Florida Keys, the property offers easy access to renowned attractions. Nearby, guests can explore the Dolphin Research Center, Sombrero Beach, and the historic Seven Mile Bridge. The area is also known for its excellent fishing spots and vibrant marine life, so there's snorkel tours and kayaking aplenty. You can also take a day trip to Key West to enjoy their Nature Conservatory and Aquarium, explore Mallory Square and Fort Zachary, or tour the Old Town on the Conch Train.



Getting Around:

Keys Shuttle offers transport between major airports and the Keys. However, a personal vehicle is recommended due to limited public transportation in the area.



Nearest major airports: Key West International (60 mi) & Miami International (100 mi). The drive from Miami takes ~2 hours, and from Key West just over 1 hour.

Please note, the outdoor amenities, including the pool, tiki hut, and boat dock, are shared with the adjacent unit (this is a duplex).



This home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items/toiletries to start your trip; should you need to consume more, there are local supermarkets nearby.

One is above the front door facing the entryway and driveway, and two are located on the back roof overlooking the small patios next to the pool. These cameras do not capture any interior spaces.
