Family Trip to the Keys

The home has everything you need. The kitchen and downstairs kitchen was great for family evening BBQ’s. We had an is with the grill and it was quickly replaced. Beds were comfy, I would recommend putting a king size in one room for parents. Other than this our family enjoyed the stay, we Reno’s boat and had it docked in front and the kayaks were a bonus. Definitely would recommend and thanks again.

On the canal in Marathon

The place is nice, new, clean and comfortable. We were there in Feb. when the temperature was usually in the 70s but it was warm enough to swim in the heated, sheltered pool. We fished off the dock and took kayaks out to the ocean. The neighborhood is a mixture of new and old places. Also, there is a rooster across the street that is up early.

Diamond in the Rough

The house was beautiful. Very well done new build, clean, well stocked with basics. The pool and outdoor kitchen area were nice features. The street that 5he house is situated on is a mix of very old poorly kept trailer homes and beautiful brand new construction. The canal we were on was very narrow and the water did not flow well leading to a lot of debris present. Ultimately a nice home however for the money it should minimally have a few beach chairs, kayaks, bikes and a cooler. We have stayed in the keys many times as well as rented homes all over the country, these items are not a big ask.

Paradise

There were 8 of us that stayed in this house for a week! We all appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms attached! We especially loved the pool and the warm water everyday! We enjoyed the nice kitchen and used the grill outside! There was some renovations going on in the neighborhood but it never bothered us! There was a rooster or two in the neighborhood but you could not hear them when you were inside! I felt the check in process was very easy! I would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful Home!!

This house was spotless!!! We loved everything about it. It worked perfectly for 3 couples everyone had an en-suite connected to their bedroom which we loved. Everything was perfect no issues from check in to check out.Only downfall was the canal with all of the sea grass it really smelled bad. No fault of the owners

Friends Vacation

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. From booking to departing, the communication with the host was fantastic. The house was very clean, modern and had everything we needed for the week. The heated pool was amazing. Close to shopping, restaurants, and boat rental. It was a great week and all couples agreed that they would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean house!

The house is gorgeous and very clean. It very much lives up to the pics. We had a couple of issues during our stay. One was the entry keypad stopped working and the other was the air conditioner wasn't cooling the house. The property manager was responsive on both issues and they were promptly resolved. As a negative, there are no dressers in the bedrooms which is inconvenient if staying for more than a couple of days.

Vacation getaway

House was clean and cozy! We enjoyed everything the house had to offer! Pool was a little smaller than we thought it would be but we enjoyed it. None of the rooms had dressers so that was a little strange. Overall, we would stay in this house again, we really felt at home there.

Highly recommend

We had a total of 8 people at 823 Seaside. What a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and had the necessary supplies available. The outside rec area was the best part of the stay! It provided all the amenities you would want for gathering and relaxing. The resort provided a wonderful package experience. Jessy is a fantastic communicator and was readily available if we had questions. Customer experience at its finest! Again, we highly recommend this resort!

Great place to stay

The house was great, clean and as advertised. We had one issue with the pool and the communication with the rental agent, Jessy, was outstanding. The issue was resolved as quickly as I think possible. I would highly recommend this property and rental agent.

Beautiful house!

The house was absolutely stunning, attention to detail ok everything you could need. The location of the neighborhood was ok, but if you have a big truck or boat trailer it is very difficult to park and the road is a dead end. The Chanel also does not accommodate a boat bigger than 20 feet to try and turn around. We still worked everything out and enjoyed our time!

Nice house and beautiful outdoor space

The house is beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool (I’m not a fan of cold water and this pool had an absolutely wonderful temperature so that I went swimming daily with them). We did have a couple issues with the pool but those were quickly addressed by the property manager and did not affect our enjoyment of the pool. The outside kitchen and patio area were our favorite part of the property and where we spent most of our time! As another reviewer mentioned, it would’ve been nice to have some beach chairs and umbrella for trips to the beach. We rented a boat and had easy access to the ocean from the canal. There was some construction being done across the canal from the house but only minor noise from it. The location of the house was great for its close proximity to beaches, restaurants, stores, and the aquarium.
