The home itself was perfect! Very clean, spacious and met our needs perfectly. We lived outside majority of our stay and the back yard was perfect for that. 10/10 would stay here again.

Our first trip to the Keys and it was fabulous. This property is exactly as pictured and described. We especially enjoyed the patio by the pool and canal.

We had a wonderful time! Coco Plum was very prompt answering and helping out with questions and accommodations that we needed! The house we stayed at was in a great location and had an awesome pool for the kids! It was also very clean!

Great Stay

We had an excellent stay at Seas the Day. The property was clean. All communication with CocoPlum was efficient and helpful. The pool was heated sufficiently for our stay (especially considering how cold the weather was during part of our stay). So, we were able to use the pool even when the air was quite chilly! Overall, a very enjoyable week in Marathon.

One Week Is Not Enough

Our family enjoyed Seas the Day so much we didn't want to leave. We fished off the dock/wall every day and swam in the pool when we weren't fishing. The home was clean and airy with views of the ocean from most windows, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet while we were there.

Beautiful outdoor area

Nice property with beautiful outdoor living area and view of oacen. Easy access upon arrival. Quite. Good communication before arrival but a little confusion from the rental property team once we arrived. Very skimpy on amenities in the starter kit. You get 2 rolls of toilet paper, nothing on the holder! No salt and pepper or seasonings to help you out. Check in time in late and check out time is early. Should be credited for a day because you arrive at dinner and must be packed and out. We enjoyed our time in Marathon and the property overall.

Nice canal home with ocean view

Overall this was a very nice stay. Great outdoor areas. The house was on a canal with view of the ocean which was wonderful. We even saw a manatee. Property management was very attentive and timely with small issues we had such as light switches & garbage disposal switch not working, tv remote batteries and lightbulbs out. The house was well equipped and clean. It's obvious this is a frequently used rental property with markings/dents on baseboards/walls. I did not like the location of this property due to the neighborhood (very transitional) and would have liked to stayed more south toward the 7 mile bridge. The neighbors across the street run a mechanic shop out of their garage so traffic and numerous vehicles/boat parked making it difficult to back in to the drive with our rental which was a Suburban. I would definitely return to Marathon again, just not this property.
