Host is non responsive

Received no check in information and host would not respond. Had to contact Vrbo who couldn’t contact host either and after an hour told us it looks like the host wasn’t honoring our reservation. Very frustrating being 16+ hours away from home with kids and no place to stay. Finally one of the kids found a different sign on the property with a different phone number to the house keeper who we were able to get in touch with and got us in the house. Still never heard back from the host! Not for the door code, not for check in/ out instructions, nothing! Have never rented a property where no information was given smh.
