“This place is where people pay nightly to come with women or men. It’s a motel. They have a $300 TT pass for the day and the building was terrible the facility the whole surround in everything is terrible is degrading. I believe that Expedia shall not entertain the Alecia‘s palace anymore. It’s false advertisement. It’s not up to the standard at least for me. “I made a few request via the app and none were responded to. Check-in was exceptionally long, got in the room late even though I came early and nobody to take our bags upstairs. Terrible! The lobby was full of people waiting to get checked in at 3pm. Heard some didnt get in until 4pm. The staff seemed to be doing their best but clearly it wasn't managed properly. “If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.”
