“We had a really great experience at the Kimpton Los Monteros, Marbella for 11 days at the end of June and into July 2026. This was our second stay, having spent a few days at the Kimpton in December 2025. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody considering spending some time in or near Marbella, particularly great was the rooftop bar and the social hour, where you were able to have free drinks, to include wine beer and cava. “The hotel is in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the ambiance, especially the pool area, which is very relaxing. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, we experienced a strong smell coming from the bathroom in our room. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and room service was quite slow to deliver the items we requested. We paid a significant amount for two rooms, so we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately,……

“Good location. just 3 mins walk to Old Town. Parking fee around 14 Euro per night, reasonable. We stayed in Room with sea view, Room and Bathroom were large, comfortable stay! Breakfast buffet was great with various selection. We choose the seat at outdoor with tent covered. We enjoyed the seaview so much”

“A fight broke out in the lobby between a group of ladies celebrating a 40th and all the reception staff did was say ‘shhhhh!’ Which was hilarious. Definitely not equipped if things escalated. For such a hot place having a small bottle of water as complimentary was sub par. Very average stay, would not come back”

“We got one bedroom apartment. The smell of toilets and sewage was very annoying. I asked them to change the apartment but they did not accept for four days.”

“We changed our hotel booking to this one because it looked better and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect and the staff continually provided excellent quality of service with a special thank you to the concierge. The buffet-style meals were always good and our stay was a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Benelmadena.”
