    Lake House Review
    We recently booked the Tres Casas for a weekend trip with friends. Prior to the stay, I reached out to the property manager Ryan Engler to confirm that they had a working grill on the property. Ryan confirmed this was the case. I ended up purchasing $300 worth of steaks and food to grill for our group only to find out that the grill was not in working order. I reached out to Ryan and he said a partial refund would be issued due to this issue. No refund has been issued. I have followed back up with Ryan multiple times and he has not responded. Very poor communication with property management.

    We had a fantastic time! 2 18 year olds, 4 21 year olds and Dad and Mom! Food, drinks, sea-doos and floating for 3 1/2 days was perfect. Excellent communication. Accommodations were awesome - we had separate spaces for the guys, girls and parents. Hanging out on the boat dock at night was fun. This may be a yearly trip!

    Stairway to the water
    This place was absolutely amazing! The setup was perfect for all our families to be together, but also have their own space. It was hot, so gathering in Casa #1 for meals was great with plenty of space for all 11 of us. Everything was clean, nice decorated and in working order. We forgot our tub of beach towels and were thankful there were some there to use. We fished, tubed and kayaked, although kayaking was only good in the early mornings due to so many boats causing waves. However, the waves were fun and relaxing while on the tubes (which we tied off the dock). The highlight of our stay was that our DIL asked to be baptized right off the steps into the water! Such a surprise and memorable blessing for us. Ryan and his team were very helpful with whatever we needed - before the trip and after! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and would love to have a repeat vacation there!

    We loved having the 3 casitas. This worked perfect for our families. The lake access was so easy. The casitas were nice and AC worked so well. The pictures depicted the property perfectly. Would stay again and recommend at any time.

    The yard and the shade throughout the the day to play games was great. The boathouse and location was fantastic. I like having separate little Casitas for my family members. We will be back next year!

    As advertised!
    We called it the compound. The set up lends itself to privacy. All 3 different cottages were perfectly decorated and well provisioned. The refrigerators for each was also a nice touch. The kitchen and the main house had everything we needed. The boat docks bar area was great, but the upper deck was our favorite place. No doubt we’d book this again.

    The property exceeded our expectations. As soon as you go through the gate you have a wonderful view of the lake. The doc was huge and allowed us to sunset dinners after grilling out on the downstairs doc. The casita's were all very nice. This property allowed us to spread out with how large the overall property was. We will definitely be back. The pictures/description don't do enough justice on how amazing this property really is.
