"We stayed 4 night, couple+3 (ages 6,10,15). The hotel is very clean and everything is in good condition. Our family room had 1 bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd room with 3 beds (one of them a bunk bed). There was a lot of storage space and the rooms are spacious. The room had only one bathroom and shower, and it’s designed in a manner that does not allow someone to use the bathroom while someone else is showering. "We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time."

"Understaffed and overcrowded! Long wait at check in. We were on top floor and every time spend 5+ min waiting for lifts that were packed - had to miss few times. Only 2 slow lifts - one was used/blocked by service staff as well as the guests. Half board "canteen" (not a restaurant!) had a lot of food but poor quality with long waiting/crowding at the buffets "
