"Please upgrade room furniture. Bedding had stains. Breakfast situation was minimal & in front lobby. Why? Check-in was easy, pleasant. Guests might wanna wipe things down before using facilities. Overall: Not ideal, but Ok for the price."

"Room clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. There is a pool table, exercise room, games. Food for purchase in lobby is nice assortment. Breakfast options include fresh yogurt made on the spot, pancakes that churn out 2 at a time. Hot oatmeal in a pot - real rather than packets. The scrambled eggs product is nasty - however - there are real hard boiled eggs. Room temo was controllable and comfortable. "

"We have stayed here before, and will do so again! Karen goes the extra mile with a stocked refrigerator and kitchen. The home is quiet, clean, cute, and comfortable. It is a perfect location for getting to Shenandoah National Park and JMU. We especially enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the stars. Thank you Karen for always quickly responding to our questions, and providing a relaxing stay for us to see our son’s senior music recital.."
