“The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful the first night.
There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho.
However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer.
I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer.”
