「Air conditioning parking and amenities were acceptable for a 2 star property. The mattress cover on the bed was dirty on the side and I only noticed it on day 2 (looked like coffee had spilled) and the room air smelled musty (perhaps air consisting unit) overall the property was acceptable to stay at. The housekeeping staff came in to fluff the room which I was honestly surprised about- you don’t get that even at a Hilton or Marriott. The staff was polite, the area had a lot of food options...

It was extraordinarily loud throughout the entire night not to mention our air conditioner, wasn’t working properly and kept making a clunking sound every 20 minutes and I was told there’s nothing they can do about it and they could not move me I am a traveling nurse and I stay about once a month here and I have never experienced anything like this before very...

「The room was not super clean. Multiple hairs in the bathroom and the ceiling in the shower was damaged from a prior leak (and not fixed).」

「Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful.」

「Parking was great. Breakfast was very good. Staff allowed a party to keep guests awake after midnight. When asked for a room transfer they were very helpful and immediately provided with a different room away from the noise and rowdy guests. Staff did ask rowdy guests to be quiet several times. However when rowdy guest continued to be rowdy they did nothing other than provide us with a different room.」
