“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We made good friends of Nicola and Marco (taxi service.) “We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt an immediate level of relaxation and calm. The property is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beds are of a high quality. The grounds are well maintained and manicured.We spent 3 nights/4 days relaxing by the pool, playing table tennis and exploring the surroundings. We opted for the private chef on one of the evenings as a birthday……

“As a group of friends travelling with kids, we loved our stay here. The villa is a generous size, the views are beautiful and the pool was great. It's an old property with a lot of character, located in a peaceful rural area. You can tell that the renovation of this place is an ongoing labour of love.
