Holidays with the family

We had a splendid time in Pomonte wirth our 3 adult children . The little house is perfect equipped, very calm during the night, with ia nice terrace to eat outdise. The open air room on first etage is nice to read or relax. 1 min by foot to the beach, nice little village with ereything you need. hiking pathways around.Rossella very helpfull and kind. We recommend and will come back We will come back.

It was a lovely stay in this very cosy House near to the beach. The Check-in was easy and the Host always quickly responded. The kitchen is well equipped and it was fun to cook there.

Perfect place for an calm stay

Pomonte is an lovely village and the house is really near by the sea. All necessary things are there. The only thing you have to worry about is to find a parking spot, because there are many day-visitors.

Why choose this holiday home?

If you want to stay in a traditional house in a cozy neighborhood. If you want to walk to the beach in 1 minute. If you want to enjoy the sunset every night. If you want to take walks through the wild nature of Elba. We have had a wonderful holiday!

Nice house

We had a very pleasant stay in Rossella‘s nice house. She is also very supportive in case of any questions. We would only recommend to provide a screenshot via Google maps with the exact location of the house since it was not easy for us to find it. The parking situation in Pomonte is not easy, but most time you find a parking slot in 400 meters distance outside of the village.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Haus ist für die Sommermonate wunderbar sonnengeschützt, von Balkon und Terrasse aus hört man das Meer rauschen. Wir waren zu 6 als große Familie mit Kindern zwischen 20 und 10 für 2 Wochen in Pomonte. Da wir sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen verbrachten, war das kleine Haus nicht zu eng und auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar essen.Auf Fewo-direkt bekommt man in der deutschen Übersetzung wiedersprüchliche Angaben zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern! Bettlaken und Kopfkissenbezüge werden gestellt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man selber mitbringen! Auch Geschirrhandtücher, zumindest bei großen Gruppen. Dies nur als Info für deutschsprachige Urlauber. Wir haben kurz vorher nochmal nachgefragt und hatten zum Glück noch Zeit alles Nötige einzupacken. Insgesamt hatten wir einen großartigen Urlaub, Pomonte ist toll, vorallem ab Ende August wenn es insgesamt ruhiger wird und weniger voll ist. Rossellas Haus ist sehr sehr schön und gemütlich! Danke Rossella!

Maison au calme dans un agréable village

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Pomonte.Maison rustique mais confortable.Le seul bémol maison en deuxième ligne sans vue sur la mer et un peu sombre.

Traumlage bei schönem Wetter

Das kleine Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprach vom Stil her sehr unseren Vorstellungen. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war angenehm, aber leider getrübt von einem Missverständis zur Situation mit den Betten. Obwohl ich im Vorhinein abgeklärt hatte, ob es Bettdecken und Fixleintücher gibt, waren die Betten bei Ankunft (in der Nacht) nicht bezogen. Nur zwei Kissen mit Bezug waren pro Bett vorhanden. Dies ist in Italien vielleicht so üblich, war für unsere Ankunft aber unangenehm. Wir haben dann verschiedene dünne Decken zusammengesucht, die es vor Ort hat und hatten zum Glück Schlafsäcke dabei. Leider kommt kein Sonnenlicht in das Haus und für uns war es zu dunkel. In der Jahreszeit Herbst würden wir da nicht mehr Ferien machen. Vielleicht ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl und soweiso anders, wenn man die meiste Zeit draussen ist. Jedoch war die Mückenplage auf dem Vorplatz mit Tisch sehr unangenehm, was wahrscheinlich auch im Sommer der Fall ist. Die Nähe zum Meer und Pomonte an sich fanden wir ausgezeichnet und würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Dorf Ferien machen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Haus ist nett! Die Schwimmschuhe nicht vergessen! Kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, man soll schnell beim Kofferauspacken sein,da man die Strasse sperrt.

Elba strand en binnenland op steenworp afstand

Het huis ligt in een rustig straatje op een steenworp afstand van de zee. Hoe heerlijk is het om zo van je vakantiehuis naar het rustige en schone keienstrand van Pomonte te lopen? Maar ook het achterliggende berglandschap is gemakkelijk te bereiken zonder dat de auto hoeft te worden gepakt. Het huisje is sfeervol, compact maar verrassend ruim. Wij konden met onze drie volwassen kinderen er gemakkelijk terecht. De aanwezige airconditioning en ventilatoren maakte het tijdens de warme zomerweek prima uit te houden in het huis. Het huis is van alle benodigde gemakken voorzien. Het overdekte terras met bloeiende Oleanders functioneert in de zomer bij goed weer als een plezierige en sfeervolle extra verblijfsruimte. Het is daar heerlijk zitten. In de directe nabijheid van het huis vind je op loopafstand een ruim aanbod aan mogelijkheden om boodschappen te doen. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep vlot en plezierig. De sleutelinstructies waren duidelijk. De aantrekkingskracht van Pomonte op strandbezoekers kan het lastig maken overdag dichtbij het huis een parkeerplaats te vinden voor de auto, maar in de avond lukte het ons eigenlijk altijd wel weer. Casa Rossella is een comfortabel vakantiehuis gelegen op een unieke locatie in het gezellige Pomonte. Kortom, een aanrader voor een vakantie op Elba.

Tolles Ferienhaus am Meer

Im schönen Casa Rossella findet man alles, was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht - geräumiger Wohnraum, umfangreiche Ausstattung, lauschige Außenbereiche, Meeresrauschen in Hörweite. Pomonte liegt wunderschön an der rauen Westküste von Elba. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende Mai) optimal für Badeausflüge, Anzahl von anderen Touristen im Ort absolut erträglich. Tolle Wanderwege direkt von Pomonte aus. Mit den beiden Cafés, der Eisdiele, den Bäckern, dem kleinen Laden und mehreren Restaurants (wir empfehlen insbesondere L‘ogliera) ist man super versorgt und muss nicht zwangsläufig viel fahren. Den Bus haben wir auch genutzt. Parken entweder am Spielplatz oder am Parkplatz an der Hauptstraße war stets problemlos möglich. Super auch die umsonste Trinkwasseranlage am Dorfspielplatz. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Charmantes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Das Haus in Rossela ist sehr niedlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren von Ende März bis Anfang April dort, als das Wetter leider noch etwas kühl und feucht war, aber dank der Zusatzheizung (Klimaanlage und Elektrolüfter) haben wir nicht darunter gelitten. Das Haus ist sicherlich perfekt für die Sommermonate. Wir mochten das Dorf Pomonte mit seiner herrlichen Aussicht, seiner Nähe zu den nicht weit entfernten Sandstränden und seiner guten Nahversorgung (Eisdiele, Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt, Café etc.) sehr. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen, ebenso hat die Kommunikation ausgezeichnet geklappt.

das haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. die fenster haben mückengitter und es war alles sehr sauber. die lage ist ideal für ferien mit kindern. es hat einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere strände in naher umgebung.

Tolle Lage, gemütliches Häuschen

Das Haus liegt ganz toll in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Es ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch eingerichtet. Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern da und hatten genügend Platz. Besonders gefallen hat mir die kleine Terrasse im ersten Stock, ein schöner Rückzugsort. Bei kleinen Problemen vor Ort wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus!

Toller Aufenthalt in Pomonte

Sehr herziges, kleines Haus im Baustil des Dorfes Pomonte. Es ist zentral gelegen. Die Nähe zum Meer beträgt ein paar Schritte. Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren machen den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr angenehm. Wir verbrachten wunderbare Ferien!

nettes, heimeliges Haus, gut eingerichtet

Ein total nettes Haus, alles da, vom CD Player bis zur Waschmaschine, sehr praktisch eingerichtet, verspielte Architektur, die Küche ist einfach, aber alles da, die Lage ist großartig, Pomonte ist ein charmanter, ruhiger Ort, der aber alles nötige bietet. Im Frühjahr hätten wir uns einen Ofen gewünscht, dann wäre es abends etwas heimeliger. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder dahin kommen.

I più bei tramonti dell Elba in un delizioso paesino

Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. È una casa molto vicina al mare, ristrutturata e arredata con ottimo gusto. È dotata di ogni attrezzatura in cucina. Le due camere da letto matrimoniali, pur piccole, sono ben disposte. Un po' meno comoda la 3° camera in soppalco. Lati negativi: essendo inverno, il riscaldamento con una sola pompa di calore non è sufficiente a riscaldare in modo uniforme il piano terra, mentre era eccessivo al 2° piano. Infine, essendo elettrico anche il boiler x l'acqua calda, la luce saltava se si tenevano accesi insieme riscaldamento, boiler e una stufetta nel bagno, generalmente freddo. Occorrerebbe aumentare la potenza elettrica da contratto.

What a great house on a beautifull island

This house is really great. Just a few meters from the sea. We have done snorkeling a lot of times near to the wreckage which is very close to the house too. We saw beautiful fishes, jellyfishes, octopuses in great amounts and the water is so clear. it's almost the same as the Caribbean ! A lot of good restaurants are very close. What a great Island is Elba. We have climbed the mountain Capanne. It was not that easy but the view from the top was splendid. We did visit several villages and they are all so cute and cozy. Porteferaio and some hiking around gives great views. One thing was sometimes quite challenging and that was parking our family-car. I highly recommend this house due the position on the Island and everything is well equipped and clean.
