"This hotel is a great value . The rooms are spacious and clean. The mini kitchen comes in handy. Great views of the beach No restaurant or bar on site except for the Italian restaurant on the beach. Be sure to reserve in advance."

"I wish I’d read the other reviews first, but I went with the price & location, so buyer beware. The unit was overall clean but musty-smelling and very dated: tiny kitchen countertop, electric coil stovetop with cruddy burner pans, dirty oven, coffee maker with cruddy burner plate, fridge light didn’t work, microwave oven was weak, sofa was uncomfortable, shower head corroded, toilet runs for a full 4 minutes after flushing, cheap squeaky bed, no hangers or hooks to hang anything up, dresser drawers were too funky for us to put our clothes in, wi-if crapped out twice & needed re-booting, TV has basic cable but no streaming availability. 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes, 3 beach towels & minimal toiletries were provided in the unit. Laundry is coin-op and not in the unit. We never bothered with the pool, so I can’t comment about that. Beach access was convenient & easy. Staff was great as were check-in & check-out. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and very clean. Some issues with the home however where that it was not finished. There were uncapped electrical lines for lighting that was not completely installed. The staircase was not finished as well. The front stone entrance table was severely cracked and nearly caused an accident when we went to put something on it as we did not know it was broken. The light switch in the laundry room came off repeatedly as well. Lastly, there was a city violation notice that was put on the garage stating that there could only be one for sale sign in the yard according to city code. So, we took one of the real estate signs into the garage."

"Host was excellent. Communicated with me instantly and answered all questions. House was decorated exquisitely, kitchen was stocked with all utensils. Boat lift and dock worked beautifully. Would definitely recommend."

"This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review in the 30 years I’ve been with VRBO. We walked into the house and immediately heard the smoke detectors chirping every few minutes. The pool water was below the skimmer and there was a continuous sucking noise coming from the pool. There was supposed to be a number for the property manager- there wasn’t. We had to call VRBO to try to contact the owner. The owner wasn’t responding. They gave me the number and after multiple attempts, I finally got her. She said she would call maintenance but no one would come out that evening cause it was too late. At no point did she apologize. The next day we called VRBO again. Maintenance finally came out at 6 pm. They fixed the alarms and turned off the pool pump. No one came out to check the pool til Friday. The pool was cold since the heated water wasn’t circulating so we couldn’t use it. There was no toilet paper in the house when we got there so we had to make another run to Publix. I’ve been in third world countries that supplied toilet paper. Then there was the plumbing issue. The toilet kept gurgling up spontaneously but it would eventually go back down. Then my husband took a shower and the toilet overflowed. The other toilet also did the same. We again contacted the owner with no response. We contacted VRBO again. We finally had someone come to the home at 8pm to fix the problem. Again,no response from the home owner. Thank you VRBO. They really stepped up to help!"
