Condo in Belize at Cape Marco

This is second time to stay in this condo. Great location and beautiful views. Condo is very nice overall, but definitely needs some updating on furniture and heavy drapes removed. Very good management company..

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen floor still had grease spots on the floor and some of the dishes had to be rewashed. The linae should have been swept-lots of leaves etc.The overall maintenance needed attention. There were no lightbulbs in light in foyer, burned out bulbs throughout, ceiling fan over kitchen table didn't work, guest room tv didn't work initially. Plus I felt that the office wasn't attentive to my concerns until I had to be insistent. There was no sheet listing phone numbers of front office, gate house, internet password, or emergency contact numbers which would have been helpful. The young man that finally came did a great job taking care of everything but disapointed in ownership

OK ., but..,

We felt like the condo was dusty., or dog hair everywhere. We vacuumed it a lot., and the smell and our sneezing got better. The 3rd bedroom., with the plastic covered furniture., was not a useable room. We just kept the door shut. The condo needs new sheets and pillows. We bought our own blanket and throw pillows and left them there. We also bought new towels and left them. We had our own sheets and bed pillows shipped to us from our home. It also needs a new toaster., and the dishes and silverware were more of a cabin quality. The condo faces south., and has a sunrise view but not a sunset. But we fell in love with Marco Island., and overall enjoyed our stay!

A VACATION TO REMEBER

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First day - condo above redoing bathroom jack hammering tile floor up noise unbearableDrains have a moisture monitor on them to turn the water off in case of a leakShut water off twice with no leakElevator out of order for two daysToilet tissue holder fell off the wall the first dayIce machine out of order for three daysTelevisions terrible Light bulbs in closets missingDishwasher RUSTY and needs racks replacedCook ware very sparse and in poor condition had to buy new fry pan due to the one in the condos Teflon was peelingLinens should be replacedAnd to top every thing off they decided to paint the garage with out notifying usCould not leave with our car rental for two days oh I forgot the last 2 days the locks were changed from key to a fob had to ring front desk to enter the buildingUnderstanding the owners had the new keys
