Pool & Patio Overlook Beautiful Waterfront. NEWLY REMODLED! Main Floor with no steps. If you love water and wildlife, this is the place for you! Fishing on the dock and you can pull your boat right up to the back door. TONS of wildlife, Dolphins and Manatee swim right up to the dock. Dock is lit at night, watch the sea life. Tigertail Beach close by! Spend time relaxing next to the water on your private deck, overlooking dock, pool and intercoastal waterway-a dream come true! Awesome Walking Paths for your morning stroll! Unit is fully stocked with everything you need, includes Washer Machine and Dryer. NON SMOKING UNIT, only in designated area.

BOATERS: Our condo is PERFECT for boaters, you literally dock up steps away from the back patio and back door of the condo! The boat fees are $7.50 per foot for the week. The public boat launch ramp Collier Boulevard Boating 3620 Collier Blvd. is not far from the condo by water, it is located on the North end of Collier Blvd., just before the Isle of Capri bridge and north of the Marco Island bridge (right before you come onto the island). They should have ample boating parking.

The house is absolutely beautiful, the entire community is gorgeous and super well maintained! Our hosts have been amazing and checked in with us during our stay, answered all questions and even recommended us places to check out. The dock was perfect for our boat and the location was just as great. We’re 5 minutes from sandbars with blue water and people of all ages. I recommend this place 10000%!!!

Happy days

This property was ideal for our needs and was very well maintained. It had everything for a comfortable holiday. The host was excellent in keeping in touch and making sure everything was OK. Lots of fish were caught from the dock. Some spectacular storms were experienced. Another bonus was being able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Only disappointment was the lack of snook lights which are still being shown in the pictures of the property

Shhhh! Best kept hidden secret in Marco Island

This is our 2nd stay at this rental listing and again, It is hard to express all the perks to this property with limited character's allowed for the review. First the Condo is in a fantastic location located on a salt water canal with direct access to the gulf (literally around the corner of the canal) and beautiful water views out the large sliding glass door of back of the condo .This is a first floor condo that is located directly next to the pool. It really feels like your own pool because it is right there! The condo itself is in immaculate condition. It is not only clean but deeply cleaned. When you open up the utensil drawers there is no crumbs, coffee grounds. REALLY CLEAN PLACE. Modern updated appliances in the kitchen (everything beeps to remind you its done). There is also everything you need to cook/serve/host others including a crock pot! Literally anything you forgot it there including some spices, ziplock bags, trash bags, aluminum foil etc. After arriving my husband and I starting using the phrase, "Ask and you shall receive", to each other as literally there was nothing that was forgotten. There is even a tackle box with headlamps for night fishing with EXTRA BATTERIES just in case. Salt and pepper?..YUP. Pen and paper? you got it. Extra sand toys? .Yup. Extra pillows and blankets? ..Sure. Forgot beach towels? .They are there... I mean really, whoever decorates/cleans stocks this place have paid exceptional attention to detail. Again cant say enough.

April Fishing Trip

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love this place. We can fish off the dock, there are restaurants in walking distance, it's quiet and is just a great place to unwind. We love watching the boats go by, seeing dolphins play and seeing manatee. It's a perfect size for us.

Relaxing stay.

We were very impressed with this property. Looking forward to renting again next year. Very comfortable, fully stocked, and quiet. The wildlife was impressive. We saw dolphins and manatees directly from the porch. Large snook and other fish would hang in the shadows under the dock. Kellye was an excellent host and checked in with us numerus times to make sure our stay was pleasant and recommended some great restaurants in the area.

All that we expected and more

Everything was perfect, the condo is clean, well equipped with everything that was needed from laundry detergent To fishing poles and fishing tackle. You need not bring anything as the condo is so equipped, better than we’ve ever stayed at! Condo is located directly next to the pool which is great access! The views were beautiful! Can’t wait to come back, we already rebooked for next year

LOVE this place

A wonderful place to stay. The condo was perfect for me, my husband, 2 grandkids and our boat. Steps away to the pool and dock. Very convenient to everything. Walking distance to the Snook Inn. The owners are awesome with good communication. If you are looking for a place on Marco I highly recommend you choose this place you won’t be disappointed I promise!
