First Marco visit
We are a usual Sanibel Island October visitor but due to Ian chose Marco this year. Unit was as advertised and had a few minor maintenance issues which I reported and got resolution to. Nice view of the beach however a 1/3 mile walk to the water from the resort. Would go back and stay in the same unit, clean quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful Condo and view
The property was just as listed, we were very pleased. Kitchen was fully stocked and a small supply of cleaning supplies. Closet was full of chairs and beach toys and towels. The beach was really far from condo. At least a 10-15 minute walk to water. A wagon to hold all beach items would have been beneficial along with some new chairs as the ones on hand were rusting. The Nest temperature thermostat and Alexa made us feel a bit like we were being monitored. Bedroom blinds were broken and all floorboards were removed. The check in/gate attendant and paying additional for parking was annoying. Also you pretty much have to drive to everything. A few restaurants nearby but always crowded. Overall met our expectations, but we most likely wouldn’t return due to the trek to the beach and having to drive everywhere.

Wonderful week
Beautifully decorated, well-supplied condo with a view over Tigertail Beach, which of course, entails a long walk to the water. We were surprised by the extra fee to park. Enjoyed the balcony for coffee each morning. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs and coolers provided. Comfortable, enjoyable stay!

Very beautiful… views, place, and location. Could not get the ceiling fans to work. One remote did not have a battery. No response from maintenance. We did not plan on doing laundry so a few more towels and washcloths would have been nice. We purchased some washcloths and left them there. Overall, this is a lovely condo.. very comfortable and relaxing.

Everything was great except you need to supply more beach towels(only 2 provided), wash cloths (4 provided) and normal towels (4 provided) family of 4 for 8 days needs more then that. Also need to explain that building 3 supplies the $50 parking pass for you to get on the property and that office closes at 4pm. You cannot even get your keys until around 4:10pm. So if you don’t go to the resort first you will not be able to get the pass to get in the gate until the next day. Also tell the guy at the pool to quit being so overbearing about my wife eating a orange at the pool lounge chair area. He will have a fit and make threats to you if you put any kind of liquid container on the pool ledge. He just stands there waiting for anyone to sit a drink down in a spot he doesn’t approve.
