Beautiful View

Can’t say enough about the view. It’s beautiful ⛱️Property is very nice. When picking up keys, gal was very kind and helpful. When trying to find out about property before arrival office lady was short with me and wasn’t helpful with what to expect at condo. She said they manage a lot of properties and didn’t know them all individually. Condo cleaning crew could be a little better. All in all. We did have a great vacation here and will be back. I just know what to expect next time. Also, there should be a better parking system. On check in days, there is a back up and even if you’ve already been there for days and there is a backup, you have to wait to get through gate. Little frustrating.

Deceiving

When we arrived, the floors were dirty, toilets had urine on them, couches are filthy and outdated, there was also several white stains on the bed that looked like bodily fluids. The management office argued with me and told me that it wasn’t the case, even though it look just like the unwanted. After much discussion, they finally sent a housekeeper to change our comforter. The beach is a half mile walk there and half mile back. The pool was nice but they don’t allow music, food, or for kids to have floaties. Not kid friendly and a loooonnngg walk to the beach. It wouldn’t take much to fix the place up a little and have some normal cleaning standards.

Dirty floors

Floors were so dirty! Had to wear socks every day there. Each day we had to was then because the socks were black from the floor. Musky smell in the unit so I called relax and they sent someone right away to change the air filter in the A/C. . Was much better. The handle on the closet in the master bathroom pulled right off. Would not go back on so a screw was sticking out making is run into it. All 3 tv’s not programmed right. Had to reset the inputs and moved tv remotes from room to room, because they were not in the right rooms to work. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

Stayed for 7 days was ideal location with good access to beach nearby food and entertainment.Teenagers could walk to many activities.

Freat Place but Parking was limitied

They were working on parking deck, which I don't know why they would do this at the height of the Season. so this made parking very limited. Someone doesn't understand logistics and planning.
