Great location and perfect place to relax.

The property was clean and well stocked with everything you need for the beach with chairs, boogie boards, chairs, towels, beach toys, the pool and everything needed in the kitchen with blender, coffee makers plates, bowls and utensils for cooking inside and on the Barbeque. Will definitely be back and stay again!

Great condo. Great location. Light on Kitchen supplies.

Condo was very spacious. It was very clean. The pool was enjoyed every day. The cross street access to the beach with enjoyed daily. Condiments were only salt and pepper. Other basic condiments, oil, etc. would’ve been good. There was aluminum foil, but no other containers or bags for leftovers or storage. It would be nice if the description identified the Kureg coffee maker versus a coffee pot so renters would come prepared. Overall great place. Well rent here again.

Loved location close to the beach. Pool was very nice also. Lots of beach toys for use ... chairs, cart and towels. Loved the screened in porch for evening dinners.

Great location, family friendly

Great location, short walk across the street to the beach. Condo was clean and the beach decorations added to the relaxing vibe. Beach equipment and bike were provided but were a little worn and the bike’s tires were low. The lanai is spacious; it is off the main road so it did get a little noisy from time to time. We did contact the property management concerning some maintenance and they never came, but to be fair we did stay over a holiday. Overall, we loved our time there and were very satisfied and relaxed!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our choice to choose a condo and won't be doing it again. Description says Lani overlooks the pool (untrue). Constant truck noise across the street for 12 hrs ea day. Beach was close, but who wants to be near noisy trucks on the beach? Issues with keys, parking and a very condescending conversation with a Marco Properties employee. Previous cleaning service left sheets and towels in dryer.

January 2023 Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, tons of linens (including beach towels), beach umbrellas and a beach cart to transport everything to the beach access - which is a very short distance away. This location is also walkable to shops and restaurants. The property manager offered excellent customer service and is very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay at 105 Seaview!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was clean and prepared for us upon arrival. This was our second time renting a unit at the "Seaview Condo". We found it a bit disappointing that the suppliers were very minimal. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel and had to go out and by our own. The fridge was bare empty, which is unusual for a rental. Generally the fridge has basic condiments, and the spice drawer has basic spices. In this case, it was only salt and pepper for spices. There was no coffee pot, only the Keurig with a few pods. We purchased a coffee maker, and left it in the condo. This particular unit needs some minor TLC. It was also very unfortunate that the BBQ was not operational, and the pool heater was broken. We had done our grocery shopping for the week and purchased steaks, burgers etc. only to find out that no one could use the BBQ because they just had the pavers replaced around the pool and they hadn't been sealed yet. We would have appreciated an advanced notice. On our last day, one of the heaters was finally fixed and operational. Marco Island of course did not disappoint, and we had the time of our lives.

Relaxing vacation on Marco

We love to stay on the south end of the island. With this condo we were close to the beach boardwalk and could enjoy walking the beach every morning. And the pool was lovely. Wi-fi was really good so we had happy teenagers.

January 2021 Stay

We loved our time at Seaview 105. The public access to the beach being just across the street made a day at the beach or a quick walk at the beach so easy! We were very happy with the response time from the Marco Vacation Properties. We sent a message thru the app and in less than 30 minutes, on a Sunday, we got a response! Definitely super service. Our kids enjoyed the tennis court and all four of us enjoyed the heated pool. The condo was spacious and just as advertised. We ate just about every meal on the Lanai. We hope to return and highly recommend it to others! Thank you!

The Check-in/out process was very convenient. The place was very nice, safe & clean. Access to the beach was easy. We really enjoyed our stay. I hope the next time we visit, the tennis court rehab is done as we love to play tennis.

Great location

Best location on Marco. This unit is very nice- just a couple things - mattress needs replaced in owner’s suite, dresser drawers are broken and no kitchen towels. A few updates and this would be the best unit on Marco.
