Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place. Gorgeous view. Poorly equipped. No canopener.Towels worn out. Paper goods provided terrible.Had to go out and buy lots of stuff to make it work. For this price, unacceptable.

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was in good condition except the balcony furniture it needs TLC on the metal and the carpet was a bit untidy with a cable running underneath -new toilet brush needed main bedroom bathroom .not much storage for clothes in the small bedroom. The rules regarding the swimming pool should be given to potential families as they wouldn’t suit many but as we only had one young child we were happy.The location is the selling point and we enjoyed our stay wonderfully and have no complaints thaff to would put us off coming back-The office staff were clear on guidelines .

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of what Marco Island had to offer. The staff was courteous and attentive.The condo was very up-to-date clean and equipped with everything you need. The view was breathtaking! I mety so many nice people both around the pool and on the beach. The beach was manicured daily and always in pristine condition. Already Booked for 2022 and looking forward to it!

Awesome Vacation

Escaping the Snow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for January 2014 not February 2014. We did have a few problems some of which have been rectified. No beach chairs, a lot of trouble connecting to the internet, glass patio tabletop was not connected to the base(legs) and blew off during a windstorm. The washing machine left the clothes so wet that it took 4 or more dryer cycles to dry 2 pair of men's jeans or towels. The main bathroom shower caused a flood thru the ceiling of the recreation room (a plumber came within 2 hours). Overall the rental was very comfortable with nice furnishings, a terrific view and was well stocked with necessities and some extras. It was great to have a pizza in the freezer for dinner, since we arrived late in the day and wanted to settle in for the evening. The Sandcastle has a quiet friendly atmosphere.
