Our direct beach access located in the rear of our building puts you on the beach within minutes. Leave your car parked as our famous Island food venues and shops are within a short distance.
Building amenities include a large social room with kitchen, comfortable lobby with couches and chairs, library, large new (2025) heated pool with grill area and tiki huts, vehicle wash stations and private beach access. The unit includes a covered parking space on the second row close to the building entrance with plenty of additional free guest parking. Tradewinds also offers concierge service which will assist you with any requests during your stay. This property is managed by the owner and requires a condo application ($200 non refundable fee to HOA) approved by the Board of Directors (Homeowners Association ) 30 days in advance of the requested booking.
