「This was by far the most horrible dirty and awful customer service hotel we’ve ever had to stay at. EVERYTHING was filthy! They moved us to a second room and it was led filthy but stunk like stale dirty sheets. I pulled all the covers off the bed to make sure they were at least clean and the manager on duty ridiculed me. I also told him that we just wanted our money back and we’d stay somewhere else, he refused. We stayed in the room a very short night and left immediately the next morning to...
