"Like the previous reviewers, we understood we were booking a villa in central Barcelona, so were happy to pay the elevated price. When we arrived at the airport to find our destination was a 40-minute train ride outside the city, we had to rent a car for five, which took a couple of hours; initially I thought I must have misread the listing, so didn’t say anything, but it’s clear from the previous review that there was an error in the listing at the time of booking. "Pros: Use of facilities especially the Pool. and roof terrace. fantastic views out to sea and down the coast past Barcelona Cons: The property needs some upgrades as some of the fixtures and fittings are in need of replacement as they look tired and dated The Bathrooms especially need renewing as trims loose and shower only partially worked"

"Location was very good for the town and shops, the villa and pool were a good size and nice lay out - could be very impressive if modernised but unfortunately it was quite run down and scruffy. There were a number of things broken on arrival, things were dusty and it seemed the house had not been stayed in for some time. The salt water pool was excellent and good amount of outdoor furniture. We were happy enough with our stay considering the price. I think the villa owner could make a lot more...
