「We had a few family and friends over for my daughter 17th birthday party and everyone raved about the amazing time they had at the party. The house was clean. The pool and trampoline was the life of the party. They had everything we needed to entertain or friends and family. We will definitely book again for our next party! The host was excellent easy to reach and responded very quick to my questions.」

「This was hands down the best - stocked rental we’ve ever had. Bringing kids to the beach is so much easier and more fun when you have chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, etc. The location can’t be beat, if you’re looking for a full house with a pool, but love to be near the beach. 「Love the location with easy access to the magnificient beach . Every morning i went walking on the beach . The house is very cute , well organised , big kitchen , very clean , and as advertised . The neighborhood is quiet with lots of nice trees .The A1A is beside the house but the noise level is fine ..Ricardo is a great host ! Very easy to communicate !」

「If you’re hosting a trip with friends in Delray Beach, BOOK THIS HOUSE! We had the BEST time on our girls trip! The house was absolutely perfect — super clean, spacious, and in a great location just a 5 min Uber to downtown, and two minute walk to a shopping center that had a Publix and so many other stores. From the beautiful backyard to all the thoughtful supplies and amenities inside, everything was so well done and made our stay extra comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place....

「This was a short notice stay due to an overbooking at a resort we were suppose to stay at in Pompano and this was much better. The house is very accomodating for 5 mostly adult people. Very spacious inside and out. Had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus. Access to the beach was a 3 min walk. Would definitely stay there again if needed.」

「Exactly as described in the listing! we enjoyed the nice pool and spa, within walking distance of the beach, plenty of room for families or smaller groups. within driving distance to great dining and shopping experiences, the communication was excellent.」

「We would agree that this is a charming bungalow near the beach. We went for an extended weekend from the Central Florida area. The hosts were readily available to provide beach recommendations and to address our needs. We would definitely stay here again for another Florida staycation. 」

「Overall great experience. Everything needed was provided: chairs, umbrella, beach cart / wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. If I had to give a negative it would be that the main bedroom is a walkway to the other two bedrooms and the mattress was not the most comfortable. 」

「Perfect for my 2 sons & their families (5 boys) and my wife & I (11 total). A block from a great beach, the pool and game room provided endless hours of fun, what a set-up! Rode the bikes almost every day. Casual restaurants nearby Arubas on the beach, a bit fancier Shooters on the Intercoastal, and then there’s always Las Olas Blvd—block after block of incredible fine dining. Wow. 」

「Our stay was amazing!! The house was clean and very well equipped. The location was wonderful. You could walk across the street to the beach. Beach chairs, a beach cart, towels, and toiletries were provided. Definitely a top-notch house. Would like to thank the owners and Latitude key for allowing us to stay with them.
