"Restaurant food was excellent and the waiters were great. Place was under construction was really the only negative. No TV and the WiFi signal was weak within the room. But honestly nice to get away from watching the TV. Also make sure you pick up a bottle of there bug lotion works awesome! Great waves to body surf and it looked like very good surf instruction / surf School. I was impressed on how they were able to get a few young ladies to stand on the surfboard great stuff. "

"The hotel was great. The restaurants below the hotel gave us food poisoning so I would not recommend that and there are roosters next door that wake you up very early in the morning."

"El hotel es precioso que deberían cuidar. La gente de recepción muy amable al recibirte. Lamentablemente decidieron asignarme una habitación con varios desperfectos importantes. el jacuzzi no funcionaba, avisé a la recepción y quedaron de irlo a checar inmediatamente ese día y no lo hicieron. Al otro día tuve una desagradable experiencia al entrar al cuarto de baño, me cayó un chorro de agua del techo por una filtración y no fue algo agradable."

"The place was almost perfect with the listing. We sent a message before arrival to make sure they had luggage storage after checkout and to have 24hr service reception this is why we booked it and the hotel confirmed with a message. Once arrival, the receptionist was very nice and friendly and we asked again about luggage storage and said they do have it and wouldn’t be an issue also said will respond when needed but we never really got replies back from her the next day. When checkout we went to reception to checkout and we have to wait 10 min under the sun at noon to get the receptionist to come to open the door as she was busy doing something else. The other service people came and were confused what we needed. It was very frustrating as specifically we wanted a 24 hour reception for this reason and wasn’t the case. Once the receptionist arrived which was a different from the previous day, she said that they did not have luggage storage and that they don’t store it. We can leave it at front desk, but that they will be unsafe due to multiple people coming and going in the reception. She was very defensive throughout the conversation, we lost our trust and left with our luggage. The place is clean and has everything you need expect one important thing we needed customer service,"
