Our family mini reunion

This house worked very well for our family. Extended family were able to visit & share a couple of meals with us. Loved being able to walk around the neighborhood. Granddaughters enjoyed the pool.

Great place for a family

My extended family was getting together to visit my sister and this was an excellent local property to stay at since it had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (We had two families, 7 people total stay at this property ).The communal bathroom had a small sink, which got cluttered quickly, but besides that, everything was wonderful! We loved the welcoming feeling from the hosts with the popcorn goodie bucket and Keurig coffee machine.we all enjoyed some putt putt golf in the morning and evenings. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Good stay!

House was well stocked with the exception of towels and wash cloths. However the host had an Amazon package delivered to the house the following day with washcloths. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and will rebook in the future. Great location and within walking distance to grocery store and shopping.

Great Place

7 of us were there for an R/C Sailplane contest. All old guys wanting our own beds. With 6 separate beds this worked out great. #7 brought a queen air mattress and found that the master closet was a big as a bedroom, so voila, privacy and comfort. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed a few games on the air hockey table and the putting green. It's close to a lot of fine eating establishments. A great trip at a great place.

Relaxing family getaway

The house was very clean, had plenty of room, and was better stocked than expected from previous reviewers' comments. Our grandchildren loved the air hockey table and the putting green in the back yard.

Perfect rental for 2 small families

For a one floor house, this rental was very spacious and comfortable. The house has a great layout for 2 families to rent together with their 2 separate living rooms. The kitchen was very handy and they had all the tools needed for our stay. Backyard is nicely fenced to the little ones can just roam. We had a great stay!

I had a absolutely amazing stay. Everything was better then expected. Place was clean and spacious. The home provided all the necessities to get through a stay. There was a walmart close by as well. The host was at tentative and answered quickly. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future as well as refer. Great job!

Perfect for us during our short stay for a family wedding. Very close to town and most everything we needed. It would also be great for a longer stay. The pictures did not give the house justice. It was much better then we expected. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed to stay comfortably. My only petty complaint is that it didn't have enough mirrors for 6 adults to get ready. Maybe one or two in the bedrooms would be helpful.

The house was very clean, full of many amenities, and the layout was comfortable and very useful in meeting our needs. The check-in and out process was very convenient and we will probably stay here again in the future as the location worked extremely well for us. Only possible issues were a number of light bulbs out, an unidentifiable, scent in one bedroom and the availability of utensils was somewhat scarce. Do not take these issues to be a big problem because I believe the management company will address simply by the way the rest of the property is cared for. All in all great stay!

Perfect stay in Maricopa!

This house was the perfect fit for our family! It’s clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need and more! The air conditioning works really well which was a huge relief with the 100+ temperatures as was the garage parking space! My kids loved putting in the back yard and we very much appreciated the snacks, waters and coffee that we were waiting for us when we arrived. A huge highlight was use of the community center which has a fabulous pool, great park, splash pad and tons of green space for the kids. My children had a blast! The neighborhood is friendly and close to supermarkets. I cannot recommend this house highly enough. We’ll definitely will look to stay there again when we’re next in Maricopa. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We arrived on Tuesday, the day after trash pickup...so 2 overflowing trash containers from the previous guests graced the front of our house for the entire week and there was no place for our trash. There's no shampoo, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap, no serving bowls and the only spices were salt and pepper. Putting green was great but with Roku TV there's no way to watch Golf Channel. Selections with Roku are very limited. House was nice, but missing some basics that would have made our stay more pleasant.

Good house not big enough for 10

The house was listed for up to 10 persons. The number of beds was enough for 10 but the kitchen didn't have enough plates, silverware or mugs for 10 persons. The kitchen table only had 5 chairs. The first day we bought paper plates and plastic ware to eat. I contacted Arizona Elite Properties and they were excellent at providing extra plates, silverware, glasses, wine cups and mugs. The rest of the days worked great. The house is very comfortable, but it may be too small for 10 guests..

Birth of Granddaughter

Overall, I was pleased with the house. The two issues were, the main bathroom had a broken handle for 2 1/2 days. We had to take the toilet led off, stick our hand in the water and lift the chain. When we contacted the property, that was there fix. I was told someone would be out between 8 and 12. At 12:30 no one called or came out. So called again and they promised someone would be out. So my wife had to stay back while I took items to my daughter in the hospital. The second was flies, we were killing flies for about 4 days. Could never find were they were coming from. Nothing was offered by the property for the inconvenience with the toilet.

This home was absolutely perfect our trip! The layout of the home allows for great spacing for a larger family. The kitchen was equipped with enough to allow for cooking family meals. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the hockey table and putt-putt. This will definitely be our go to spot for annual family trip to AZ!!!
